Happy First Monday in April! Can you believe that its already April?! I know I can't. This month's bullet journal pages were inspired by springtime and lavender. April always feels like a turning point in the year for me. We're shaking off those few extra weeks of winter and gearing up for sunshine and spring. I wanted my pages to feel light, bright, and organized and so here's what we ended up with...
First up we have our half page April welcome with an overview of the month ahead. This was only a half page because March ends on a Wednesday and rather than have four days into April in the March section, I split up the week. Throughout these pages I used the same six shades of purple to add pops of color to my pen-doodles. On this page I used a black pilot pen as well as Shuttle Art dual tipped markers.
Next up are the sleep log and mood tracker for April. Again the lavender theme is brought through here and you can see the six shaded of purple in the color key for the mood tracker. I had some fun making different lavender plant shapes for the different days of the month and I will color them in as we move along in this month. I used the same black pilot pen and dual tipped Shuttle Art markers on these pages as on the last.
And finally we have the weekly spread with a little inspiration page art to fill up that extra half page for the end of the first week. I wanted to show you all the pages in the weekly spread because some of them differ slightly in layout so you can see where you can have some variation in your layouts. Again I used a black pilot pen and those six dual tipped Shuttle Art markers here as well.
Thanks so much for checking out my April journal spread! For more bullet journal inspiration please check out my previous blog posts, my bullet journal galley on my website, or my Pinterest board which has some of my pages as well as pages from a lot of other talented journalers.
Until next time!
Xo,
